Shipping:

We ship domestically using Royal Mail Tracked or DPD services and internationally using DHL & UPS courier services.

Straw London is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or handling fees that your package may incur upon entering its destination country.

If you do not accept your delivery or collect from the sorting office and the item is returned to our studio, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charge to have your item re-sent and are able to take up a claim with Royal Mail to gain a refund. If your building is difficult to deliver to, we suggest using an alternative address.

Returns:

We hope you are happy with your Straw London purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, please notify us (shop@strawlondon.co.uk) as soon as possible. Returns can be made in person or by post. The address for either option is Straw London, 126 Columbia Road, London, E2 7RG.

If returning an item by post, please include your name and order number so we can keep track of incoming post. Not including a name and/or order number will likely incur delays to the processing of your parcel.

Proving the item is returned in the same, saleable condition as when it was sent/purchased, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of postage & packaging.

Returns will not be accepted after 28 days from the date of purchase.

Giant Gingham Linen Bows - our bows are handmade and made to order. If you wish to return your bow, please contact us on shop@strawlondon.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your item. Should you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from purchase date to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

-Contact shop@strawlondon.co.uk with your order reference number to let us know you will be returning your purchase.

-We will respond with confirmation.

-Package your order securely and send it back to Straw London, 126 Columbia Road, London, E2 7RG

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your delivery makes it back to us safely and securely. Please retain your proof of postage.

Your order will be refunded once the returned product is received and checked.

Please note, as the customer you are responsible for the safe return of the product to Straw London. Therefore you are liable for any mishandling of the product and damage caused from receiving the product to it being received back to us.

Our returns policy applies to all products on our website except for Vintage pieces which are sold as seen and all sales are final.
